For two of the four Engineering in Armenia Scholarships, preference shall be given to applicants displaced from the Artsakh Republic.

A Huys Scholarship award does not guarantee being awarded a Huys Scholarship for the remaining academic years of the Huys Scholar’s degree program.

Decisions on all aspects of the Huys Scholarship, including eligibility, academic degree program ranking, and future added value assessment, shall be made by the Scholarship Committee of the Foundation, appointed by the Board. The selection process may involve personal interviews. Each applicant may submit only one application for one academic degree program that the applicant has been admitted to. The Scholarship Committee’s decisions, as approved by the Board, are final and not subject to appeal.
